About Me

Hello, my name is William Oh, and I am a student at Phillips Academy Andover, originally from Seoul, South Korea. I am deeply interested in studying religion—particularly interfaith dialogue—and exploring how human rights and morality intersect with diverse faith traditions.
I founded the Interfaith Awareness Campaign to promote meaningful dialogue and mutual understanding among different religious communities, with a special focus on Islam and immigration in Korea. Our mission is to foster empathy, encourage informed conversation, and build a more inclusive community.
We work toward this mission through educational videos, articles, discussions on current events, and other resources designed to inspire curiosity and connection.

Overview
In the quiet streets of Jeonju, a small city in Korea, an ordinary office hides an extraordinary tension.
Amin, a young Muslim, slips away from his desk five times a day to pray—carefully, quietly, not wanting to cause any harm. But what he sees as a simple act of faith becomes a point of unease for a teammate, and a reason for his manager to subtly curtail his beliefs in the name of “workplace harmony.”
As days pass, small misunderstandings rooted in difference grow into silent walls. Then, in an unexpected moment, one person’s choice shifts everything.
Set against the understated backdrop of a modest workplace, Together, Nevertheless captures the glances, assumptions, and unspoken barriers that shape Amin’s daily life. Yet it is not a story of division, but of connection—a testament to how understanding can spark change, and how, even in Korea, interfaith harmony can take root.
